Definitely a silent ball that you can bounce in the house on hard wood floor, carpet, tiles, walls, and ceiling! Problem is, its similar to bouncing a ball that needs 5 more pumps of air. Great for big kids – adults that want to work on their handles. Boucing flat balls is great for training. I can sit on my couch and work the ball between my legs while I watch a show late at night. No one is going to complain now that I got the silent ball haha!
